While her brother Valdenes spends the day working, Vitória, when she's not sleeping, wanders the streets of Lagoa da Italianinha, taking selfies. Vitória wants to find a rich husband.
Some beggars pass by her and recognize her from when she lived on the streets. Guilherme, Vitória's brother, who chose to remain on the streets, passed by and she simply pretended not to see him and hid.
The beggars Gílson and Renata approached her and called out to her. Vitória said:
- What do you want?
- Don't you recognize us? - said Gílson.
- No. And honestly, I don't have any money.
Renata said:
- Look at you now! You used to wander with us, got some shabby little houses and became so proud. If you'd gotten a mansion, you'd be acting like the Queen of England!
Vitória said:
- Renata, honestly? You stink of shit! I'm going to step away, it's better that way.
- It's better to stink of shit than to be a stuck-up snob like you. I'm only not slapping you now out of consideration for your brother Valdenes, who left the streets but still talks to us, and your other brother, Guilherme, who's here with us and hasn't left our side.
Vitória said:
- Go away!
Vitória left, and Gílson said:
- Very presumptuous. She left the streets and already thinks she's something.
- I still want to settle the score with her.
