An unusual scene at the bus station

Enemies until just a few days ago, the homeless women Priscila and Warlla seem to be getting along. Two street dwellers, hated by everyone, including their families, and accustomed to wrongdoing and dishonest behavior, have decided to join forces and walk side by side. Priscila still criticizes Warlla's way of dressing, like a "madame," but this has lost importance with the numerous things they have in common.

One afternoon, Priscila was in the bus station courtyard in Lagoa da Italianinha, giving Warlla a bath, who said:

- Throw water on me, I'm all messed up and smelly... I have to take this bath.

- Take off your shoes, dear.

- No way, I bathe with my shoes on, I hate being barefoot. I don't even know how you can stand living barefoot all the time.

Warlla got water and soap, and Priscila grabbed a bucket and threw water on her. That same afternoon, Priscila had already bathed in the fountain in the square.

Those passing by the bus station laughed at the two beggars, especially Warlla, the one who was bathing. It was an unusual scene that afternoon. The two beggars remained there until almost nightfall.
