During the day, young Josiane, daughter of state representative Moab, spent the day by the pool at her mansion, not even leaving to eat lunch. Her sister, Natália, said:
"What's wrong, Josiane? Why don't you want to eat lunch?"
"I don't feel like it..."
"Don't do that, my dear. Come and eat."
"If I get hungry, I promise I'll eat. Don't worry."
Josiane dove into the pool and swam the whole time. At one point, Natália wanted to know why her sister was sad. Jefté, their little adopted brother, said to Natália:
"It seems she saw that Valdenes guy with Aline Débora yesterday at Pátio Verona..."
"Ah, that's why she's like this..."
