Two beggars argue in the square

Even though it was a Sunday, there was a lot of activity in Lagoa da Italianinha, and the beggars Warlla and Priscila were arguing with each other. Warlla, who used to be part of high society, is known for still dressing like a lady, while Priscila, on the other hand, has always been poor.

Priscila called Warlla a "fake beggar," saying:

- You're nothing but a fake beggar, who dresses like a lady, but smells just like me, is as dirty as I am, and sleeps on the sidewalks too. You should be like me, barefoot and ragged, but you want to be what you're not.

- Don't compare me to you, I'm superior to you, I've never been poor like you always have been!

- Big deal, you should be rich and lose everything, you cheapskate!

Warlla said:

- Show some respect, do you know who you're talking to? You're talking to Madame Warlla, you see?

- "A lady who sleeps on the street."

- "I lost everything, but I don't lose my composure."

Priscila said:

- "You're nothing but a deceitful gossip who lives by tricking everyone and starting fights."

The argument between the two became so heated that they resorted to slapping. Police officer Ana Clécia arrived and said:

- "Will you two stop this? I was told there were two beggars fighting here. I don't want any trouble, otherwise I'll put you both in jail and you'll sleep in prison."

- "It was this beggar pretending to be a lady who started it," said Priscila.

- "It was her," said Warlla.

- "It doesn't matter. Move along, both of you!"

Warlla and Priscila, glaring at each other angrily, went their separate ways.
