In Lagoa da Italianinha, it's striking that Samuel, Alice, Matheus, and Tontom practically walk together through the city streets. Tontom, who was the last to arrive in town, ended up joining the three friends.
Samuel, the son of flight attendant Valéria, known for being quite eccentric, is in love with Alice, Wéllia's daughter, but she only sees him as a friend. To be by his beloved's side, Samuel tries to maintain a good relationship with Mateus, the son of Mayor Myllena, who also hides a love for Alice. To complicate matters, Alice gained yet another admirer, Tontom, Mimi's son. Curiously, Mateus and Tontom are friends, but sons of the two rivals in the 2024 elections.
Wéllia, Alice's mother, disapproves of her friendship with the three "crazy" kids, since Samuel doesn't like to wear elegant clothes, Mateus always goes barefoot, and Tontom wears one shoe on one foot and walks barefoot on the other.
Alice, however, defends all three. For her, they are "true friends." Although the three are rivals in the fight to win Alice's heart, they usually unite when it comes to saving her from danger, since Alice often finds herself in risky situations.
